WOW Story of the Week - November 14, 2011
Nov 14, 2011, Murphy, TX
To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to send a huge thank you, to your company. Sunday, my sister decided to visit, your new Murphy, Texas location. She didn't realize that it was an invite only day, but she was allowed in, along with my nephew. This was a emotionally hard visit for both of them. My ex brother-in-law loved to bring my nephew to CiCi's. John, my ex brother-in-law, was a Iraq vet, who came home with PTSD. John really never came home, only his physical body returned back to the states. John, sadly took his life in May.
As my sister and nephew visited your game room, the emotions got the best of both of them. Your staff was most excellent. A young lady noticed that something was wrong, stopped what she was doing and asked if she could give my sister a hug. That made her day. The manager brought my nephew more tokens to keep on playing, and then addressed the tears in my sister's eyes. After she explained a little of the situation, the manager left, only to return with cards allowing them to visit once a month.
Thank you for hiring a wonderful caring staff. Thank your staff for helping, in the long battle of the healing process. Once again, thank you. Your staff has no idea what affect that little bit of kindness did for two people.
