WOW Story of the Week - December 19, 2011

See All
Dec 19, 2011, Granbury, TX

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much I appreciate Robert, our local manager/owner.

My husband is a Children's Pastor here in Granbury, and we have been doing business with Robert at CiCi's #426 for years.  He ALWAYS goes out of his way to make everything easy on us.  Every summer he allows us to bring our kids in for a  "behind the scenes" tour of the restaurant....and not just a look...he allows the kids to help make a pizza...all before the store even opens...he comes in early himself.

This is my second week in a row to call him to place rather large orders.  Last week it was 25 pizza's and this week it's 30 pizzas....all during his busy supper rush hour.  I asked him if I needed to change the time to help him out, and he replied "nope, this what I do.....make it easy on you".  How great is that service?  This week I even asked him to try and come up a Christmas tree pizza for our party.  He took his own time to work on a design, and when I called to finalize the order, he said that he just wouldn't feel right about selling me these pizzas.  When I asked why, he said that I would lose so much product for the price!  Instead of taking a LARGE order and making money off of my lack of insight...he was encouraging me to save money!  Again, how great is that?

I'm not sure if you have any franchise awards or "way to go" system in place, if you do...please consider the Granbury, Texas store.  This store is what makes your brand good.

Thank you for your attention,
Kathy:)
